Mission Statement
The Recovery Ministry's mission is to provide Christ-centered support groups and Bible studies that encourage spiritual development through the practical application of biblical principles and disciplines.

We call our program Getting Real - Recovery on the Southside. We offer a safe, welcoming, and confidential environment where people can get honest about the issues that are interfering with their life. Our members are pursuing recovery from a variety of issues including: alcoholism, drug addiction, compulsive eating, compulsive spending and codependency.

We provide peer support groups that are similar to the secular 12-Step model, and actively work to encourage spiritual development through the practical application of biblical principles and disciplines. The difference is that our groups are Christ-centered.

We meet in room 326 on Sunday mornings from 9:45-10:45 and Wednesday evenings from 7-8:30. For your convenience we offer a light supper in the fellowship hall from 6:30 to 7:00 p.m. at no charge.
