I am currently in a state of burnout and exhaustion. It seems like no matter what I do, it is not sufficient. It seems like every time my phone rings someone is requesting money, or advice, or my time. I don’t have the energy to deal with any of it right now. There is no end to the ask and these are not people that pour into my life. My cup is empty. I am wondering if God even hears me anymore. I am so exhausted that it seems like I can’t even pray. I just call his name and hope that he hears me.
