Vacation Bible School (VBS) provides a unique approach to learning the Bible and retaining an understanding of Godly principles presented in the Word of God. The programs of VBS increase excitement and participation in the church, evidenced by the consistent growth in attendance and resources used since 1999. VBS allows an environment for early spiritual growth, produces a great opportunity for outreach, and gives members of the Alfred Street Baptist Church a greater opportunity for fellowship.
VBS is free for the whole family! This exciting week will offer a high energy environment for kids that is filled with the joy of learning God’s word, community service, fun-filled crafts, an incredible meal, and exciting games! We serve nursery age children all the way through adults!
Children
Children nursery age to 8th grade experience high-energy worship, arts and crafts, fun outdoor water games, and exciting Bible Studies.
Teens
High School/Teens/YLP will participate in a leadership focused Bible study that challenges them to apply lessons to their everyday life.
Young Adults
Young adults will have a conversational style Bible study in their own intimate setting.
Adults
Adults engage in a powerful Bible study taught by our church ministerial team (Bible studies are provided in English and in Spanish)
