SUNDAYS @ 9:30AM EST

Adult Division

  • Adult I: Join us in this lively, interactive class where we explore God’s Word with a view to making it relevant and applicable to our daily lives.
  • Adult II: Our class thrives on communal exposition of God’s Word while we share wisdom and experiences to further develop as followers of Christ.
  • Adult III: Looking for a God sighting? Our Young Adult and young at heart community explores the Word through storytelling, poetic expression, video and documentary sources, and many other artistic connections. Through relevant mediums, we look for the presence of God in our lives, community, and world.
  • Men’s Ministry: The ASBC Men’s Sunday School Class is a weekly gathering, ranging from young to seasoned brothers of many years in the Lord, from many walks of life, seriously seeking to study and learn more of the Word of God together from a male perspective. As men of God, we engage in candid discussions of the Word and how it relates to and may be applied directly in our own daily walk in the Lord. We are in prayerful relationship with one another and open to authentic, candid, close and meaningful fellowship and sharing as men who are willing to grow together, while valuing and respecting the experiences and testimonies that each brother brings to the conversation.
  • Moms and Babies: Moms and babies provides an opportunity for parents and caregivers to discuss and interact in the Sunday School lessons in a nurturing environment that will in turn allow them to provide nurturing guidance to those they care for by word and deed.
  • Women’s: The Women’s class provides an opportunity for women to build our relationship and connection to God and inspire each other through the study of God’s Word. In our class, we seek to support the spiritual and personal development of every woman.

Youth Division

Sunday School offers our Middle School and High School students an experience that keeps them engaged and encourages additional, more in-depth student of God’s Word.

  • Middle School (Grades 6-8)
  • High School (Grades 9-12)

Children’s Division

Our Sunday School Children’s Division uses the Godly Play approach to train, to engage, and to assist our children as they develop as Christians. Godly Play is an imaginative and creative way to teach children stories of the Bible. Children experience these stories through listening, wondering, and playing. Also, children are guided to spiritual understanding and awareness. The teaching method of Godly Play is based on the Montessori principles which focus on the development of the whole child.
