FAQs
1.) Is registration required to attend?
No. There is no registration required or necessary. Seats will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis ONLY. Therefore, we advise everyone to arrive early as doors will open at 10:00am ET and the worship experience will commence at 11:00am ET. There is NO seat saving. Only those at the door at the time of entry will be given a ticket for seating.
2.) Will there be restrooms available for public use?
Yes there will be restrooms on site.
3.) Are there any requirements for entry into the venue?
Yes, to ensure everyone’s safety, entrance through metal detector doors is REQUIRED. NO exceptions.
4.) Is there reserved seating/can seats be held?
No, you will be UNABLE to reserve or hold seats for family and/or friends; no exceptions. Seats will be filled on a first-come-first-serve basis.
5.) What happens if I get sick at the event?
A medical team and EMTs will be on-site.
6.) I don’t have a car or access to a vehicle, can I utilize a ride share service (Uber, Lyft or taxi) or public transportation (bus or Metro) to get to the Easter worship experience?
Yes you may.
7.) Do I have to pay for parking?
No, however parking is VERY limited. We encourage everyone to carpool and/or use ride share services such as Lyft, Uber or taxi with family and friends. Plan to arrive early to give yourself plenty of time to park and walk to the venue.
8.) Where is parking located?
The parking garage is directly across from the venue on 13th street. We will provide shuttles/golf carts from the parking garage to the entrance for those individuals with LIMITED MOBILITY or ELDERLY INDIVIDUALS in need of assistance.
9.)Are there any items I should NOT bring to the venue?
Yes, the following items are prohibited:
Adhesive stickers
Balloons
Cans or coolers
Cigarette lighters
Confetti and streamers
Fireworks
Frisbees or inflated balls
Illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia
Large flags and banners
Laser pointers
Glass containers of any kind (Guests are allowed one empty, plastic or metallic bottle for use at arena water fountains/bottle refilling stations)
Missile or projectile-like objects
Monopods, tripods or selfie sticks
Noisemakers of any kind (such as can operated air horns, sirens, kazoos, whistles, etc.)
Outside food and beverages
Pets (with the exception of service animals)
Poles and staffs (metal, plastic or wooden)
Professional cameras with fixed or detachable zoom lenses longer than 6″ and/or tripods.

Umbrellas larger than 15″ when closed. (Under 15″ are permitted)
Vaping pens and any smoke/vapor emitting products
Video camera and audio recording devices (including camcorders, GoPros, Contour
cameras)
Weapons of any kind (includes but not limited to guns, knives, mace, chains, spikes,
projectiles, tasers, etc.)
Wrapped gifts
10.) What if I can’t attend… can I watch online?
Yes, you certainly may! We will LIVE STREAM the worship services on our YouTube channel at 11am ET.
11.) Do I have to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination to attend?
Proof of vaccination is NOT required to attend and masks are optional.
12.) Is there a cost to attend?
No. This event is a completely FREE.
13.) Will I be able to pay my tithes or contributions in person?’
Unfortunately, no; please be sure to pay your tithes, offerings or donations via text, online or mail your check prior to your arrival.
14.) How long will this service last?
It should last about 2 hours and be over around 1pm ET.
15.) Will there be a bus for senior citizens?
